Mary Beth Corraccio | Manager & Event Coordinator

Mary-Beth has been a friend and employee of Carbone’s since 1977.   As Manager and Event Coordinator, Mary-Beth ensures each guest that dines with us is provided with an exceptional experience. As event coordinator, her involvement and creativity assure that private functions, both inside the restaurant as well as offsite, are all memorable and special occasions. Mary-Beth’s involvement in Carbone’s events supports various worthwhile community organizations, such as the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center; in addition, she represents Carbone’s with the Convention and Visitors Bureau. 




Kevin Barry | Manager


Kevin Barry joined Carbone’s after a twenty six year career with the Hartford Fire Department retiring as a Captain in 2010. During the late seventies, he worked at Carbone’s while attending the University  of Connecticut where he received a B.S. in Sociology. He is a most  familiar face greeting guests at the front reception desk of  the restaurant.

Paul Kelly | Bar Manager


Paul Kelly’s career in the restaurant industry started at the age of fifteen when his mother inspired him to get a job.While he is best known in his present position as Bar Manager at Carbone’s Ristorante he served as a manager at a number of other restaurants including Piccolo, Azul & Heartly & Parker. He also served in both the Navy & Airforce. One of his many responsibilities is maintaining Carbone’s extensive wine collection along with private customer bins. Paul’s own words reflect his place at Carbone’s, “I am there until death do us part.”
